Cancellation and No Show Policy
Appointments/Classes are made subject to a minimum of 24 hours notice of change or cancellation. If 24 hours notice is not received then the full fee may be payable.
***COVID-19 Exception***
If you need to cancel your appointment because you have COVID-19 symptoms, your session will be rescheduled free of charge.
Customer Inappropriate Conduct
Under no circumstance will Bodyworks Massage and Movement Studio accept inappropriate conduct during your massage session or movement class. If the practitioner finds you are in violation you will be asked to leave immediately and forfeit your remaining time of your appointment/class.
Terms & Conditions changes
Bodyworks Massage and Movement Studio also reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions and prices at our discretion. If we make any significant change to this policy, we will provide notice of the changes on this website, and published at the clinic.
