Exercise Flow
WEDNESDAYS 2-3PM, SOUTH MILL ARTS
A class to get you moving more efficiently and with less pain!
Ideal for absolute beginners and people who are returning to exercise following a period of inactivity or injury.
All bodyweight exercises in this class are great for older adults aged 40, 50, & 60+.
It’s a few short rounds of exercise to raise your heart rate which we then link in a flow!
MOBILITY
We start with a mobility warm-up to improve your range of motion.
STRENGTHEN
Exercises to help strengthen the muscles and prevent joint pain.
STRETCHES
Ease tension with our stretch based cool-down to improve flexibility.
COORDINATION
Improve your coordination with exercises for balance and agility.
TABATA
Each exercise only lasts 2 minutes: 20 secs of work and 10 secs of rest. Then repeat.
FLOW
Linking each move creates a short, slower paced sequence that helps us find our flow!

About Me
I have a special interest in treating chronic pain conditions and acute injuries, while still maintaining a holistic approach to treatment.
With an in-depth knowledge of anatomy, I use the skills I have learned combined with the techniques I have studied to offer individualised and effective treatments.
