Clinical massage is used to treat injures or pain. The aim of each treatment is to reduce pain, increase range of motion and improve posture. It typically includes assessment to determine causes of pain and discomfort within the soft tissue; leading to a personalised treatment to achieve your goals.

Massage for promoting health, wellbeing and relaxation.
Relaxation massage is used to de-stress and soothe the nervous system. This is a passive treatment, lie back and relax whilst massage techniques focused upon calming and relaxing the soft tissue are applied. This is typically a full body massage or back treatment when time is limited.

Massage for mums-to-be. A mix of relaxation and clinical massage.
Pregnant woman don’t only need a relaxation massage, they want to be truly treated for their headaches, back aches, sciatica, swollen ankles, and symphysis pubis dysfunction. Your treatment time will be focused entirely upon your needs – there is no massage ‘formula’ to follow.

A class to get you moving more efficiently and with less pain!
Ideal for absolute beginners and people who are returning to exercise following a period of inactivity or injury. All bodyweight exercises in this class are great for older adults aged 40, 50, & 60. It’s a few short rounds of exercise to raise your heart rate which we then link in a flow!
